Existing customers will notice no changes and no interruption of services besides company name and improvements with billing and support features. Starting 2009, customers will be able to check live account statuses online with historical account information such as invoices, orders and support tickets. Ordering new services and submitting support tickets became more streamlined and efficient. A lot of upgrades in the back-end to support customers have been improved to provide 24/7 support with our FAQ section and online support ticketing system; this way it will allow customers to find information anytime during the day or night.
